I tried some headcheese today. Quite possibly the most disgusting thing i've ever experienced. Like jelly, but flavored with something thats been dead for a very long time.

I'm a girl. No not preggars and if you havent tried cold yorkshire with jam- or golden syrup then you havent lived. After all its only pancake batter so why the alarm????

what pancake batter do you use! some are different.but will try yorkshire pudd with honey.I am game for anything.thats where you find the best recipies,mix your own it works wonders.

CURRY (my homemade Bhuna, Dopiaza & Karahi are tops, all with 4/5 birds eye red chillies)
Naan bread
Buffalo chicken (Subway do a gorgeous Buff/Chick sub )
chillies
Hot Turkey Pilaff (an old weight watchers recipe I've used for the last 13 yrs that contains.....chillies!)
Chicken fajitas/Beef soft tacos
Thai green chicken curry
Christmas/Thanksgiving dinner or roast beef dinner with all trimmings
Profiteroles & hot chocolate sauced drizzled over mmmmmmmmm.........

Dislikes:
Liver or any offal for that matter but definitely liver
Peanut butter
mussels
fatty gristly burgers or sausages

And just in case anyone remembers my New Year's Resolution about losing weight......no, it's just not shifting, but looking at the above, is it any wonder

I make the usual, eggs, milk, flour. beat the living dalyights out of it. The only difference for pancakes is that you add sugar, and as jam is mostly sugar then it works. Honey sounds good too.
