I have had 'flu once as an adult. I was laid up for a week then ended up contracting secondary bronchitis, I was miserable and it probably took a month for me to feel better again. I don't go out of my way usually to get a shot, if I am around and can get to an appointment without too much interruption to my day I go.
Having said that, currently being in the family way I will go this year as once bub is born it should help to protect them too. Plus pregnancy sucks, I can't imagine how bad it would suck with 'flu on top. I will do what I can to not find out.
For those who get sore arms, massage the injection site well after you get the injection, it really does help to reduce the soreness!

Homeopathic solutions fit right in with the extended Darwin Effect theories and aid with cleaning of the gene pool, and it’s on that basis I support the use of homeopathic medicine!

Get it. I had one last year and it worked. Although I did catch a mutated milder version of flu. Also keep taking sustained release vitamin c. With that on board, your body is well equipped to handle most bad stuff without letting you suffer.

Lol, i do know how to spell but am to lazy to correct the typos on my tablet. I also know how to use the search feature but why should i go chasing after your opinion when you can't be arsed to repeat it. Anyway we know now that you dislike chemicals in your body. Good luck with that, especially the antibiotic and antiviral ones.
