Finally some good house news!

Finally some good house news!
The bank have agreed to let us change to interest only and give us permission to let - huge relief that I'm not gonna have to find $500 a month till we can sell the house!
Obviously still not as much of a relief it would be as if we sold it, but still, any good news is welcome at the moment......

I've just done the exact same, and now hope to head out in about 6 weeks....
