Finally some good house news!
The bank have agreed to let us change to interest only and give us permission to let - huge relief that I'm not gonna have to find $500 a month till we can sell the house!
Obviously still not as much of a relief it would be as if we sold it, but still, any good news is welcome at the moment...... :beer::beer::beer: |

I've just done the exact same, and now hope to head out in about 6 weeks.... Can't wait - just doing all the paperwork with the tenants now. B |
