The Big Short. OK. A bit contorted, but it got the financial crisis story across in an over dramatized type way. 2.5 stars.

Hush was quite good for a house invasion/slasher movie, much better than expected |
Re: Everyone's gone to the movies
Just watched The Awakening- not a bad one, a ghostly theme, quite well scripted. Very reminiscent of The Others with Nicole Kidman- I preferred the latter

Special Correspondents
Ricky Gervais written - although based on the French original. Radio reporter and engineer fake news reports from war torn Ecuador. A good laugh. You'll find it on Netflix. And, boy, was it good to hear Mink DeVille's Spanish Stroll after all these years. |
Re: Everyone's gone to the movies
Backtrack with Adrien Brody.
Psychological thriller with some very jumpy moments. |
Re: Everyone's gone to the movies
