Re: Everyone's gone to the movies
A bit of sci-fi now again makes a change.
Ex Machina. Artificial Intelligence with looks. I was kept guessing  |

Quite a bit of discussion on IMDB about that. The most likely one for me was Spoiler:

Another in the traditions of All The President's Men and Spotlight comes Truth.
I must start watching reruns of The Newsroom soon but House of Cards season 4 is up next. |
Re: Everyone's gone to the movies
A good giggle - with one or two surprises - is The Night Before
Love the scene in the church  |
Re: Everyone's gone to the movies
I saw the night before a few days ago, good enough movie for a laugh.
Watched Trumbo today, which was a pretty good movie and interesting story.

Hateful 8, not sure why I bothered, apart from liking Tarantino, was a bit of a snooze

The Forest
Simple advice- avoid like the plague- I like a good horror movie and this certainly isn't one of them. Normally I get a Rotten Tomatoes score to see whether it is worth watching or not- I should have done in this case-9% |

Sisters
Some funny bits but not rib splitting- Fay/Poehler are ok, I prefer Amy Schumer |

Re: Everyone's gone to the movies
Saw Martian the other day and The Imitation Game last night, thought they were both really good. I didn't know about Turing being driven to suicide, what a shame.
