Why does it have "to be ahead?" Can't you value aspects in both identities?

Do you value all the fish that you catch equally or do you have a preference/feel better about one over another?

Most certainly, I value the different aspects of being British and European, but in a case where we might all be lined up and all Brits turn right and the Europeans turn left, I'd be marching off to the left with them towards whatever uncertainty lay in that direction.

But you don't live in the UK or Europe anymore so why worry about it? Sure everyone will say what if I decide to go back blah blah blah but you are now in Canada so chill out relax and worry about problems within your own country.

Not according to the Liberals it is manageable though they are saying little about getting back or how long it will take to balance the budget and start reducing the deficit.
Its Trudeaus (juniors fault) no its Harpers no its Martins, no its Chretiens, no its Munroneys, no its Turners, no its Trudeaus Seniors, no its Joe Clarks fault.
Cant blame Kim Campbell she wasn't PM long enough
Cant blame the NDP as they have never been in power so the Liberals and Tories (PC) will be blaming each other for years to come and we the taxpayers end up paying and facing an uncontrollable debt.
Sunny Ways indeed.

Now to ratify CETA so we can get access to cheaper cheese and the money we save on the cheese can be used to pay down the debt.
Blessed are the cheesemakers

Spectator I: I think it was "Blessed are the cheesemakers".
Mrs. Gregory: Aha, what's so special about the cheesemakers?
Gregory: Well, obviously it's not meant to be taken literally; it refers to any manufacturers of dairy products.

You'd better ask him how he views himself. I'm almost sure he won't say American.

If you don't care why waste your time coming into the thread?

Anyway, I don't know why people are blaming the judges for going "against the people", surely it's the MP's that might be going to do that with the vote. The problem seems entirely parliaments fault.

Agreed about coming into the thread.

On the MPs, it does seem that quite have decided to go with the democratic choice and will agree to A50 if it is indeed put to the House. Pity, that.
