I thought if you can cope with the symptoms and haven’t got health or age concerns...you just have to get on with it at home...like you would with the flu. Likewise if you have breathing problems...then it’s time to call the hospital. Goodness knows how long it will take to get to speak to someone or if they will say, ‘sorry we are full try somewhere else’. I presume the people waiting to get tested have either health/age concerns, or they are are looking after/working with someone who does.

A sweeping statement...quite the opposite actually. You only need to wear a mask if you are infected with the virus...to prevent infecting others...or if you are looking after someone who is infected. Leave the masks for those who actually need them.

The FDIC who insures bank accounts in the US in the event of a bank failure is telling people they don't need to run to the bank and get cash, and that banks have access to loans and other government programs, and the big banks are well capitalized. Sounds like they are seeing enough of an uptick that has them concerned maybe?
My GP office called today, doctor is unable to meet patients in the office, and they were advising the appointment will need to be done on the phone which works for me. Maybe this will bring about changes to the medical system where patients wont be required to go to the GP office physically, 99% of my visits to a GP don't involve any sort of physical exam, and could be done via phone no issue.
