+2 to everything said above.

I slept like a log while the missus rather rudely remarked that it sounded as if the log had encountered a buzz-saw. Cheeky bint.

We too went to the market this morning and bought some nice looking stuff from various vendors and have just got home after a suburb Winterlicious lunch at Restautrant Célestin on Mount Pleasant at Manor.

The service was a bit slow, which meant ample time to polish off a second carafe of Pays de Vaucluse. Lucky it's Sunday tomorrow.

I hope there'll be more than one more such meet before the summer.

Well it sounded like a fun night was had by all. Apologies for not being able to attend, but I had the offer of a hot date, and to be perfectly honest that is a very rare thing in Peterborough!! So....what was i to do...I had to accept the offer! It actually went ok, suprisingly! lol. Time will tell no doubt!

Well, well. It seems as though I missed an excellent night. Glad it all went well. I'm pleased to report that I survived my weekend in a tent in a field just outside Guelph. It was a bit chilly, but toasty warm in a lovely winter sleeping bag. Much colder than the -18 on Friday night and I might have started complaining, but I'm very glad we were all packed up and home again by the time the snow started in earnest on Sunday evening.

Roll on the next one. Let us know what you have planned, James, we're all counting on you to prove that the chaps can arrange these things as well as Schnooks has done

How about you arranging one. The field is up to you.

I think have arranged more than everyone on this forum put together in my defence.

1/ Date/time.

2/ Book the library @ The Yard

3/ Sit back and wait for questions that people are too lazy to type in or research on Google.

That's it really I should put the above on the Wiki.

Given the potential magnitude of the next one there will be a little extra work put in to recruit.
