Err me....although I have been a bit preoccupied with a Halloween Party and now the little one's birthday and still have a little party to prepare for..

Yep, it's a complete mystery. I've had two tenants disappear owing money and leaving significant damage/mess. One of them had just made five years and had security of tenure and threw it away.

A pair of my favourite tenants were students who, when I saw them heading to the duplex at the appointed viewing time, purely from their appearance I hoped they weren't the ones for the appointment.

There are just no guarantees no matter what you do. Fortunately I'm well "in credit" with those I've had.

James is away from 19th I believe...

Got the work Christmas shindig on the 12th to now.

Probably best ignoring me as that would only leave the 5th if it is a Friday.

What's the session? Meet for a couple of warmish pints in a suitable pub? I'd be down for that...
