Christmas Shingdig in Toronto :
So having had a baaaad day today, I thought I would check up on what is happening with BEs in Toronto. Didn't somebody say they would organize a Christmas bash?

Err me....although I have been a bit preoccupied with a Halloween Party and now the little one's birthday and still have a little party to prepare for..

A pair of my favourite tenants were students who, when I saw them heading to the duplex at the appointed viewing time, purely from their appearance I hoped they weren't the ones for the appointment.
There are just no guarantees no matter what you do. Fortunately I'm well "in credit" with those I've had.
