What's with the new signature line quotation? Who made that up?
Never mind. Have sussed it (with a bit of BE assistance). Bob "over-rated" Dylan is the word.

As I said on the BE-assited thread you may have read, it just seemed appropriate given the nonsense better-dead-than-red crap going on at the moment.
I think I'll change it to something else when I have a moment.

See: Re Secession of Quebec [1993]
Unlike Scotland, the Supremes in Canada have confirmed that due to the Constitution, Quebec cannot unilaterally (legally) separate from the federation of Canada, so its all a moot point.
Someone should remind the noisemakers.

I dont care what Quebec does, stay or go, either way is fine with me.
Never been there, but have had the pleasure of dealing with companies there through work, and its never been a pleasant experience.

God. You guys have no background in Dylan-ness. The man was the poet laureate of the Days Of My Youf and should in addition get the Nobel Literature Prize one day soon.

Professionally, they're professional or not to the same degree as people everywhere else I've worked.

I deal with people who are in Quebec most days. Sometimes I visit them there or they come here. Compared with the cradles here I'd say the men are thinner and better dressed though a little close to metrosexuality for my tastes. The women have multiple hairstyles, well not on the same head, but in a room with multiple women it's discernable that some have long hair, some short; they don't all have the generic haircut standard on the cradle women of Ontario. They're all either bilingual or competent in written English to a standard adequate to write for the National Post; just a few degrees below fluent.
