I think it's ok, it doesn't have the bite or consistency of the 7 year white from the market but it does keep forever. I suppose among the plastic cheeses I'd rate that over Balderson's and Balderson's over the Loblaws one. If the options are worse than that then I'll have Marmite instead.

There is a fancy but not cheap cheese store in Peterborough, can't remember the name, it's one of those witty ones. I can bring you some when we meet.
There's also a local cheese factory, Empire Cheese, that does a good cheddar plus a few flavoured ones.

We had a nice Munster a few days ago. The running shoes were handy for trying to catch it as it ran away.
