Yes! I am always amazed when some big old sort comes out of Zumba after not breaking a sweat and starts gulping down a protein shake! That's prob more calories than I have in a whole day!

Re: Breakfast Choices
Not sure about the health option with the Booster Juice but i find them a good breakfast bet when a particularly bad Screech or Lambs hangover is kicking in :)

This morning it‘s a big bacon sandwich with ketchup and Frank‘s Red Hot. You bulk up how you want, and so shall I.

This protein shake stuff is for those trying to bulk up or uber-fitness types aren't they? Why would a normal mortal have one? Genuine question.
You're right though. Many people think of it as a magic potion and defitnitely don't use it as effectively as they should. I'm off to Oinks to pump iron after i have my shake, a banana, and a coffee http://www.pixel-shooter.com/forum/i...racter0115.gif |
Re: Breakfast Choices
Thks. I'm in the mere mortal category, one who is trying to eat a bit healthier and lose a few pounds. Snacking and a sweet tooth is my downfall. That and the booze.;)
This morning I broke my fast with a scrambled egg on a slice of toast. (Just one of each). Then a yogurt after some time on the exercise bike at the gym. |
Re: Breakfast Choices
Today I had 2 cups of tea, taught 2 full in classes and wondered why I was feeling abit woozy!
