I had breakfast tacos, (sausage and scrambled eggs with salsa fresca and cheese, flour tortillas). Nutritious, delicious, and fun.

Later on though we have half a toasted burger bun each with a small breakfast sausage and scrambled egg.

Today I had a three egg omelet with sausage bits, chopped country ham, mushrooms, red and green pepper, black olives, and tomato, folded over a blend of grated cheddar cheeses, and topped off with a squirt of Sriracha.
