I feel queasy every time I have that...which is not often.

While I like both, individually, they don't seem to be a great combination.

& no, I didn't put the coffee in the yoghurt, or vice versa.

Unusually when prepping the ankle biters school Lunch I made time for some toast for myself, which I had with the last of my Barbadian guava jam I won in a raffle a while back.

So, any suggestions where I can get some pukka spreads? Rather than American sugarjam?

I like grapefruit or ginger marmalades...

How about some smoked salmon and cream cheese spread?

This fine and sunny morning I really fancy eggs benedict. That would be with spinach and mushrooms.

What I will be having though is a bit of toast and marmite. Meh!

I found stem ginger marmalade in loblaws. What a treat!

Close, I'm on Crestor which is a rosuvastatin vs Lipitor which is an atorvastatin. The rum probably cuts as much plaque as the pills anyway.

And it stops you worrying about any of that stuff which is always a bonus!

Rummaging through the freezing compartment I found the last package of steak from the Giant Tiger sale, so steak and eggs it was.

Eggs in Purgatory, slice of Sourdough toast and a little grated nacho cheese.

Plain yogurt mixed with some blueberries and some homemade muesli. Four hard boiled egg whites and a mug of tea.
