A bowl of oatmeal, plus a spoonful of bran or flax seed, half a spoon of cinnamon and a few pecans.

This morning, not unlike yesterday's I had a ham, mushroom, tomato, and cheddar omellete with rye toast. 3 eggs instead of 2 today, they're a bit small.

Don't forget to ask for cinnamon to sprinkle on your toast. ;)

That was our favourite warm-up treat after skating or tobogganing, hot chocolate and cinnamon toast!

I had the leftover slice of spinach, feta & chicken pizza, then cooked a small order of spaghetti and reheated the tomato, garlic, sausage & pepper sauce, topped it with chilies and parmesan, then thought **** it and had a glass of red wine too.
A refreshing change from ham and eggs.

Home made soda bread laden with streaky bacon, fried tomato, fried mushrooms, baked beans and fried eggs. Orange juice. Coffee. They're underrated, baked beans.

They are. Try them on toast with a bit of Parmesan ... not bad.
