Just got a reply from our morgage lender, they have valued the house we're buying at Â£10k less, cue interesting chat with estate agent who seems very shocked. Our sale fell through on Friday and our Agent has yet to change the listing on Rightmove, due to a technical problem. Friday and Sat it said STC; then Sunday and Monday, we have completely disappeared!

Welcome back, glad to see we have our barman back, large strong coffee for me, spending the morning doing OH resume to look like judy did in pdf for him.

A v.v.v large vodka and cola for me pleeeeeeese and a bitter for hubby (pendle witch if you have it :confused:) for hubby

He has a call coming in on the 3rd january from atkins west, they are interested in him ;)
arranging to go over and meet and greet jan/feb so another recci trip for us :ohmy:
