Kids got me up at 7.45am; I didnt feel to bad till lunchtime, just tired really. :zzz:

Anyway not too bad now; rationally discussed our options and are just playing wait and see for a few days. :unsure:

Hoping that as one door closes another opens; even if you cant see it, using the power of positive thought - at this point anything is worth a try; chanting; meditation, even thought about voodoo, but I didnt have anything of our ex-purchaser to personalis it with prior to sticking pins in it......:lol::lol::lol::rofl:

Hubby just looking over my should said "so your drinking f**** vodka and your in the bar again" - so he's just gone into the garage for a cig - we all have our vices! :p And now he's eating a chocolate bar!:thumbdown:

Sounds really good; but I'm on the wagon tonight. :o Been a heavy couple of days. ;)

F*****g estate agents:curse:

Just got a reply from our morgage lender, they have valued the house we're buying at £10k less, cue interesting chat with estate agent who seems very shocked. He's on the phone to the guy who did the valuation whilst we're sat there............ get this, the p***k is asking him to meet half way, as if i want to spend 5 grand more than i have to:thumbdown:. So as it stands we may not be buying, in which case we won't be selling:curse:.

So right now i'm cooking the tea, whilst drinking vodka with out a care in the world - its HAPPY HOUR in the bar who's for a drink
