Thankyou all for your good wishes - I spent the evening and early morning in Rodeos where I am told I had a great time :confused::rofl::rofl:

However I spent the next day in bed with Kate's headache which I never want again :eek:

However as it's Wednesday and I'm a trucking widow for a few days, I thought I'd pop in for a quick glass of Whiskey - please.

When was this place last cleaned, it's a mess, toilets blocked, jukebox broken and the last I knew this was suppose to be a smoke free bar and there are ash trays lying around all over the place. :p

:eek: Don't ask, I haven't actually long finished, this was my first attempt doing one of those ceilings, and to say it was horrible is putting it mildly.

My OH ask how many coats I thought it will need to which I said who cares how many it will need, what I can tell you is that it's getting only one. :blink:

I used that paint that goes on pink and then drys white.

I am now going to sit down with a well deserved glass of wine.

Tomorrow I will paint the coving then the walls.

hello there, not much been going on in this bar lately, must be the smell of paint.

Oh well never mind, its Friday and I'm drinking on my own again nice glass of whiskey and not too much ice please, oh and whatever anyone else is drinking. We celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary and 1st Canadian wedding anniversary last Friday and I wasn't hooked up to the internet to invited anyone to the party so we'll have to celebrate tonight (Mal's in Iowa or somewhere just as far away by now).
