White water rafting in Canmore....last time I did that was in Switzerland and got the name 'Balsa Wood' as I kept floating past the boat rather than sitting in it.....

We went rafting last September up near Golden, it was ace and it even snowed. We took the father-in-law for his 60 th.

I'll be trying to strip paint, then paint spare room, whilst trying to stop Tiah licking the paint off the walls

OK, it's a quarter after five on a Friday evening, I'm in the office on an interminable conference call that should have finished half an hour ago. About every 10 minutes there's a point that I need to pay attention to. Could somebody pour me a large gin to keep me going while I wait for it to drag itself to a close?
