Boy it's quiet in here.

I'm sitting here in front of my computer waiting for the phone to ring and a nice young man will tell me my shiny new car is now at the dealership. But it's looking more and more like that's not going to happen today.

Oh well maybe he'll at least call with a VIN number so I can at least get insurance on it.

I'll have a pint of cider while I wait.

I get my new car next Tuesday, it arrived on the lot today and they need a few days to install the navigation system.

Just got the phone call and a VIN so now I can get the insurance lined up.

If you click on the link and then choose "Barcelona Red" that's the colour which is totally out of character for me. I usually pick the boring beige or grey ones, but not this time. When we told our boys what the colour was they both said "Red, dad bought a red car" with a look of disbelief on their faces.

Speaking of new cars - some on here know I've been getting fed up with driving my old jalopy, and I've been wanting a car ages - well, I finally got one (Not shiny new like yours though )

Well, we pulled it with the Tractor to get it here from the neighbour we bought it from. I wouldn't like to risk a test drive though, it's literally falling apart - purely ornamental. I wonder if it's a genuine old pioneer wagon - certainly looks old and rotten enough to be...lol
