Above Ground Swimming Pools

Hi, anyone buy one of these, I hear the inflatable ring ones are murder unless your ground is perfectly level, anyone tried the Hydroforce one with the steel walls?
Theres an Intex 18x9x52 one too that has solid walls, anyone tried that one, can you leave them out all winter, any recommendations

My grounds not perfectly level and the inflatable ring type was OK up to a point. The kids got too big for it though.
I wouldnt leave any of the temporary "canadian tire" type pools out for the winter, rigid or not, they are not the same as the permanent type above ground pools.

Inflatable rings are OK until the crows get thirsty! Their claws play havoc on it.

Plus its puncture count was not helped by the fact that one of our cats seemed to favour the pool over his water dish, so we had the damage from his claws, and the stress of wondering whether he'd fall in and drown at some point (he's getting old and not very agile)...
Still, at least the kids enjoyed their new pool!

If you can't afford to have a proper a pool built, don't get an above ground pool, its way too white trash and it'll just be a hassle.
