But you know where was the problem? here see there address in the cover sheet instructions :
"You must now attach all relevant supporting documents to this Document Cover (2 pages) and POST to Immigration SA, GPO Box 1264, Adelaide, South Australia 5001 OR COURIER to Immigration SA, Level 10, 50 Pirie Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000. Do not fax or email these documents. Any documents not in English must be accompanied with an English translation or they will NOT be considered in the application process"
If they changed there address then why dont they update there also??

Dear all,
I have applied GSM 175 in March 2010 , MODL+CSL 2231-79(SAP Specialist).
With Current condition I score exactly 120 points and as per priority processing my application is
likly to be finalised with in 15 months( around June 2011)
I don't want as first option to apply for state Sponsership.
I want to keep all option open for working & living any state of australia.
I am OK with timeframe of processing.
Can any one suggest me.
1. When I will come to know DIAC accepted my score and agreed to proceed with my application.
2. Upto which stage of application processing DIAC will accept State sponsership if new guide line released or any exceptional situation due to my score reduced to less then 120 .

Hi anik,
Address given by Bermudashorts is to wht i also sent and they have been successfully received by SA.
When i finished my online submission, that address was correctly thr. Dnt knw how it wasn't thr for u.
Anyway, send ur docs to the correct address ASAP. Dnt worry u have time knw...

Ive applied for state sponsorship online to SA on 24/02/10.
All the required documnets have been received on 01/03/10.
According to their initial mail its about 1 month require to process the application. But in the online tracking page its showing 4-8 weeks.
Can anyone pls suggest me that can I send them enquiry now about my application status.

Hard copy sent on 24 for Fedex problem they delivered it on March 30 to Mr. Ben at front desk.
But yet thru online i didnt get any updated info regarding hard copy received or not .
However I had a problem with address I gave Pirie street address and Fedex Courer guyz On March 29 sent me mail with incorrect address and very next they deliverd at grenfell without my help.I sent mails to SA but they are not responding.
Now My Concern is whether my hard copies are delivered to right place or not?
Pls help me with your thoughts

First you don't need to send hard copies immediately if you applied online.
I am sure you have mention your TRN clearly on envolope , I hope it will reach
to right person.
When an gov. office changes its address , usually they make arrangement to fwd mail to new one , Don't worry , DIAC people are professionals.

Once SA gets your documents through courier they should update your online status by showing the date of documents received and also processing time (4-8weeks) from the date of receiving the documents.
as in your case there was the issue of wrong address they might be bit late but Dont worry they'll update.
In my case today 1 month passed, still waiting.....

Anik, I sent my hard copies on 16th and according to TNT website, they were collected by Mr. ben on 18th, but they updated the tracking system only on the 22nd. So I'm sure they'll update ur one also pretty soon.
By the way, are you guys hoping to apply 176 after getting the sponsorship?
Is thr anybody who is applying for 175 and then getting it updated to 176?
Pls. response.

there i saw 4-8 weeks it will take.
but somewhere i saw for permanent it is 4 weeks and 8 weeks for temporary.is that 4 weeks for 176 and 8 weeks for others?
However, one of my frnd got by 10 days in last nov.
So,for mimil its already time over and hope by this week will get feedback.pls let us know.
For my case i have 115 with ielts 6.
So i will apply immediately after SA SS but i wonder, before that whether new rule will kick out the Electronic Engineer from CSL??:fingerscrossed :

I'm also hoping to apply as soon as I get SA SS, coz i'm sure Electronics Engineer will be out when they revise the SOL

My 1 months time passed but yet to get any result. After hearing from you about getting SS at 10 days im very anxious and bit worried. Pls pray for me. Im a mechanical engineer. Hope it will remain in new SOL.
And ya i'll also apply 176 immediately once i get SS from SA. Just waiting and praying.
