Re: September 2007 Applicants
Look on the bright side guys, my application is paper, they are not even being allocated yet and I cannot check the status
I can't even go on any of your timelines as the online applications seem to be totally different.
In a way I am glad I can't check on line as I would end up with OCD big time!!!

Re: September 2007 Applicants
If it's any consolation to you guys only our 1st page has changed........our 2nd page still says:
Penal Clearance Certificate - 'Requested'
Medical Examination - 'Requested'
Chest X-Ray Report - 'Requested'
Bit strange as the 1st page now says 'Health Requirements have been Finalised - application being processed further'
Maybe it's the LCU Dept that have changed our 1st page.......and it will be our CO who changes the 2nd page

You will get an email from you CO introducing his/herself and I believe your status will change to 'application being processed further' - I don't have my CO yet but that is what I believe will happen.

Gullable aren't I??!!!
Actually, I must admit to feeling quite stressed in my own quiet way... I don't usually admit to it, but my kitchen activity belies the underlying uneasiness.... I've been baking cakes... Yesterday it was banana bread, today I've made a Madeira cake, and I'm already thinking of what else I can make....
He might just have got it as he is an onshore applicant... and already there! But the end of October might be taking the p!ss a little bit though!!!
Don't think so though (God! I hope not!)

Morning all
Sorry to hear no news for the Sept gang and they still haven't sorted our problem yet, we still can't access anything so I assume we are still the invisible applicants.
I am off for meds this afternoon with the children, after OH's heart problems last week, I'm keeping fingers crossed that mine goes smoothly.
Really low today, was not expecting our visa til next year anyway but all of this uncertainty has really got to me. I'm having real problems with not knowing if and when we are going, I've not applied for an interesting job recently, the kids don't know if they can go on school trips which they've had letters for and life is just a bit pooey at the moment
On that note I shall my miserable little self elsewhere
Sam
