What does it say on the letter guys?

I am wondering what other stuff (if any) they are going to ask me (when I finally get there and get a bloody CO) lol.

It starts off giving ref no. icse request id, case officer, region.
agents name and address
name of primary applicant
application type
then goes on to say please provide the following additional info listed below, blah blah certified copies etc...
Heath requirements - then goes on about getting them done.
character requirements - same
charge in circumstances - says to fill in form 1022
tells you make sure passport is up to date and valid for 2 years
Then tells you to submit all this documentation except medicals with 70 days of today with a coversheet which they send with your info on.
Then a bit more about communicating with them and not to bother them if poss and which reference numbers to use when communicating.
