hi,

i have bachelor degree in mechanical engineer from Alexandria institute of engineer and technology from Egypt.

please if any one has information about the exam the one i have to pass it from engineer Australia like

1-is any where i could get the materials to study for the exam?
2-and what is the pass level for this exam?
3-and where i will take the exam?

hopefully my English is clear enough to discuss my issue.

What exam are you referring to? Are you talking about skills assessment? I am not an engineer but seen a lot of them on here and I don't think I have ever seen anyone mention doing an exam...

Look at the Engineers Australia website. It will have all the information you need to do your skills assessent.

What kind of test?

Do you mean the test whereby the candidate gets instant permanent residence if he/she survives a jolt from a 415V busbar?

1st, you need to have an IELTS Skills of 6.0 as this will be the only exam

2nd, you need to go to australia engineer website to find more information and download the immigration skill assessement guidance.

3rd, Go to www.tribuslingua.com and find their blog...should give you more information as to how writing the CDR

in short you need to prepare some document such as;

- CV
- Professional Continuous Development ( CPD)
- 3 Episode Report based on your engineering works
- Summary
