The lunatics are taking over the asylum!! Expect no timelines, predictions or assumptions, hereafter

I predict that people will have to be patient and wait 'til there visas are processed, like everyone else. And I'm assuming that moderators and contributors are getting annoyed at the uncalled for abuse by some people on here. As to timelines, I reckon this thread will be closed soon.

'cos we want it to be.
'cos the Mods want it to be
'cos we are fed up with our nice, helpful, posters being rubbished and abused by posters on the Immi board who behave like they have a right to a visa and that the people who are trying to help them are just there to be kicked.

Its almost like some members have the answer they want to hear in their head, and when they don't get that answer, or they're told 'no one knows' or 'it doesn't work like that' - they take it out on the person trying to help.
It is appallingly rude.
As has been said before - the only people who can grant your visa are DIAC.
DIAC are the only ones who know what the processing situation is like.
Your CO is the only one who knows when your visa will be granted, if indeed, it will be granted at all.
If you require specialist help, ask a migration agent. It's their job, they're up to date on current requirements, they deal with people wanting visas everyday - and they will require payment for that help.
No one here can tell you when your visa will be granted.
No one here (not even Polly) has a crystal ball that can tell you when something may appear, or what will be on lists not yet published, or when things will change.
The members on this forum who offer advice do so based either on their own experience (which is anecdotal) or from looking at the readily available information on the immi web site. If this isn't what you want to hear, then perhaps this forum isn't for you.
