See: ComLaw > Federal Register of Legislative Instruments, or refer to the attached document.

In addition, you should check the eligibility criteria for the type of visa you wish to nominate/apply for to determine any ASCO-ANZSCO transitional arrangements specific to that visa program.

If you are uncertain whether your skills assessment is acceptable for a visa application, or have further questions regarding the above, please contact DIAC to discuss your situation.
See: Visa Enquiries
Thanks a lot for your response. But transitional arrangements does not apply to all, as it is only for those who received the approval letter between May and June. I believe DIAC needs to clarify the situation soon..

Its difficult to compose afresh but the sooner its done, the sooner you will get the visa.

Default SOL Inquiry

Hi,

Before the changes I am certain the my SOL is under Computing Professional – specialising in Network Security/ Firewall/ Internet Security (2231-79).

But when the changes made I am now confused. What is the closest SOL for my field which is Internet Security?

Any help!

Thanks!
