Hasn't the time flown!
For medical info, the panel doctor gave me a tracking reference for the courier and then I logged onto the online visa progress checker to keep abreast of things.
It changed to finalized on Friday, then by magic the visa was granted on Monday. Very quick.

Just got my Visa Grant Letter this morning by the Grace of Allah.
Gonna leave all my troubles behind and head down under.....plinkity plink plink (that's the guitar playing in the background).

Medicals Submitted: October 09
Spouse English training fee submitted: Feb 10 (she only got 3 in her IELTS).
Visa Grant Letter Issued: 20 Feb 2010 !!!
