Guys,

Today I filed my visa application:rofl:. Below are my details:

ACS work started (Collecting documents) : June 10 2008
ACS application received by ACS : 26th Nov 2008
Got +ve result with MODL points : 25th Feb 2009
Application Filed : 175 (CSL, MODL) SAP Specialist..:rofl::rofl:


So I will say..I just missed Feb 2009 boat, but lucky to be the first ( I think so) on the March 2009 boat.

Any one else wana ride this boat..this boat is leading to Ozzzzzzzzzzz...come on join me......post your times lines and lets be in touch......:thumbsup:

Havn't uploaded any document as of now...Agent asked me to send all the documents to him..he will check all the documents..so i expect him to verify everything in few days times...then i will upload all the documents...

I am confused about 1121 form..they asked dat document in 28 days time..no idea ...why they want us to send dat document via postal mail..

I am pleased to announce that, as of 2 minutes ago, I am a March 2009 Visa 175 (MODL & CSL) applicant!!!

So very happy!! Just need to upload all our documents now.

Hey,

The code is: 2124-11 Civil Engineer.

My internet has just kicked me out of the page where I can upload my documents and now I can't find it again when I log back into my account-any ideas?

Thanks, I tried that and it is the right link, but everytime I try and select the type of dicument it is, the internet closes down. Any ideas? I really want to upload my documents.

Hi Lou, I had EXACTLY the same problem, I was using Internet Explorer as my web browser and that appeared to be the problem. I was advised to download Mozilla Firefox and use it as my browser instead and once I'd done that it worked perfectly!!!

This is the link to download the web browser! It definitely worked for me, hope it does for you too!

(PS You dont need to remove internet explorer first, as both can run side by side on your computer! Keep me posted on whether this works for you or not!)

Hi. Thanks for the quick reply. I have just read that it might take 24 hours for the link to wrok before I can upload any documents. I'll give it until tomorrow and if it's still not working, I'll download Mozilla Firefox.

I see you're a teacher-I am too-primary. Can I ask how long it took to get your skills assessed as I'll have to do it when we're closer to our visa being granted and also I'll have to register with the state.

Hi All,

I submitted my application for e457 on 06/02/09. Confirmation recieved on 07/02/09. CO allocated on 11/02/09. Meds and x-rays submitted on 27/02/09....

I am a nurse (CSL), how much time am I looking at before I hear from my CO?

What happened to me was, when I opened the page and went to click on the drop down menu, the page closed immediately saying there was an error. The thing that bugged me the most was that my laptop was brand new the day before!!!! lol

I posted my skills assessment to TA on 5th Dec, they acknowledged it 5th Jan, then I got my positive result on the 10th Feb! Much quicker than I thought really! Would you not be better getting your skills assessment done now and out of the way? It took me a while to get all of the stuff gathered together, was quite a relief to have it all sent off and out of my hands... Did you not need it for your visa application? Where are you from by the way? I'm from Northern Ireland....for my sins...
