Thanks for the information. for my case, everything is done by my agent. Called them and requested for follow up. All they say is " wait and wait". Yes, my agent did inform me about the acknowledgement letter after they sent all the required documents.

From the e-mail you shared, are you with team 1? Let me check again with my agent on the team i belong to, i believe i'm in the same team as you are.

No, I am being handled by Team4, but the email said that any doc's should be emailed to the team1 address.

Apart from our meds which showed finalised all the other docs were showing required until today when they went straight to applicant approved, so it's no help when you don't see Met as some CO's don't update.

    thank you scrudu for updating and i am so happy today about the visa grant. a big burden from the shoulders has come down and i pray to god everyone in the list should get their PR at the earliest.

    just be patient and i know for sure everyone will get their turn pretty soon.

      10Jan2009: eLodgement VE175

      12Jun2009: Application Being Processed Further

      13Jun2009: Medical Examination

      16Jun2009: Received Request Letter from CO for additional documents (PCC, Medicals and Form 80)

      22Jun2009: Uploaded and sent filled-up Form 80 (mine and wifey) and wifey's PCC

      26Jun2009: Medicals received by HOC and forwarded to MOC

      29Jun2009: Uploaded and sent my PCC

      06Jul2009: Medicals finalised per HOC (through phone conversation and email response)

      21Jul2009: Application under active consideration (through PLE)

      31July2009: VISA Grant. Thank you Lord!

      Can I ask, did you lodge the application yourself or used an agent?

      I have very similar timeline as you are, espcailly on the VE175 lodgement date, CO being assigned and medical submiision date.

      However, I still have not heard anything from my CO, and no updates/movement at all with my online status, only shows required and outstanding.

      I used an agent and requested him to follow up especially with my medical reports, but he said there is no way for him to call but to wait. Wait and wait is all i hear. But i see you can actually call or follow up with mails.

      How do you know your medical being received anf forwarded to MOC? what is MOC by the way?

      Hey paul,
      I didn't used an agent for my application. i processed everything on my own, from assessement stage to visa application.

      MOC is Medical Officer of the Commonwealth - this is where our medicals will be finalised before endorsing the results to our CO.

      Once our meds will be received by HOC (Health Operations Center), they will forward it to MOC for their final assessment.

      To make a follow-up on the status of our meds, we sent a web-based enquiry to HOC and gave them a ring to confirmed further. Please check the link and the telephone number on the HOC sub-forum. All you need is your TRN and your complete name.

      No worries mate, feel free to let us know if you still have some concerns.

      Your visa is just around the corner, so hold on tight and goodluck.
