Submitted both nomination and application on May 2010. The documents have been transferred from Paramatta to Perth. Till now, still haven't heard any news.

Hi gv_, Yeah, I called them 3 weeks ago and they say that if I haven't heard from them, I should call them back this week. My agent will follow up with them. Hopefully will get a good news on this week . Will keep posted on this forum.

Guys!!! how are you all so patient...At times I get so desperate, angry frustrated over this delay.
Does your employer not seem to take your advantage because he knows you are now dependent on him for this PR thingy

Decision Ready Checklist (DRC) for ENS applicants
Hi to all,
Just want to share this info. One of my co-worker here is in the process of collating documents for his ENS 856 visa application (ENS 856 Nomination-already approved). He is using a migration agent and according to them there's some guidelines that were released for DRC and my co-worker can use that DRC to have his case allocated with CO within 48hrs (must be complete application). From our interpretation, DRC can now be used for applications already lodged so it can have priority allocation of CO. His agent is pretty much good and reliable. So to all of you waiting, you may ask good migration agents or DIAC about DRC for clarification (if applicable to lodged ENS applications). You may need to spend some money but if it can facilitate faster processing, why not.
