I am an Accountant IELTS 8.5, Currently in OZ on a 457 have applied for a PR subclass 175 in March 2009 and awaiting a Case Officer.
- Was just wondering if we need to send a email to the Adelaide processing center advising them that I am a CSL applicant?
- Does the fact that I am already on Oz on a 457 make a difference to the speed of processing?
- I called DIAC and they told me not to do my medicals and PCC till I get the case officer assigned, has anyone else been told the same?
Thanks
Ra

Re: CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES - ASPC/GSMB UPDATES THREAD
Yes you do. Accountants with an IELTS score of 7 or higher, and IT professionals on the CSL are the only 2 groups who have to inform DIAC.

Re: CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES - ASPC/GSMB UPDATES THREAD
Are you sure? the message that we have to notify DIAC is only on the Brisbane processing centre message and not on the Adelaide processing centre message, mine is a online 175 application and afaik they are processing these applications at Adelaide.
Anyways, do I email them or call them??
Thanks
