Please launch a Post laudgment inquery to DIAC indicating a change in Circumstances. They will guide you what additional documents are required.
I am sure you need to submit,

1. A marriage certificate
2. PCC of your spouse
3. IELTS
4. Medical

Plus a form which add new memeber to your Visa Application

Yup! My agent has sent a PLE on 10th June. Does it really takes 10 Days for DIAC to reply?

Probably yes, as it appears they are snowed under with people sending PLEs to ask when their visas will be granted.
Every PLE that needs a reply slows up the processing and issuing of visas, so please guys, don't keep sending them unless you really need to!

Agreed. On the other day I was reading email excerpt from DIAC which somebody posted here...it said "You have sent numerous PLEs on the same".. so DIAC notices how many PLEs you unnecssarily keep on sending to them..they may backfire, so lets learn some patience.

Misuse of Post Lodgement inquiry can enrage Case Officer's also it is un ehtical. But if some had a genune problem he/she is suppose to send PLE. Its responsibility of CO to respond to it in a reasonable time frame. No harm in sending genune problem.

I am a November 08 CSL Applicant, and my Application is Being Processed Further since 30/4/09. After sending a PLE through my agent, I got the following reply:

"Thank you for your e-mail about your visa application under Australia’s
General Skilled Migration program.

It appears that you have provided all of the documents requested at this
stage. This has been noted on your file for further assessment by your
case officer.

An officer will contact you if there are any further requirements for
processing your application.

We appreciate your patience in this matter

For any further enquiries about the application you have lodged please
refer to our website using the following link http://www.immi.gov.
au/contacts/visa-enquiries/professionals.htm"

Does this means that CO has so far not felt the need for any further document? If this is the case, why is my Document Checklist, still showing required?

Kindly comment.

Hi,
My document checklist was showing "required" even when I was granted VISA, so don't worry.

Just a quick question on that. I understand that the document status changes usually after a CO is assigned. Does that apply to the Medicals as well? My medics has been finalized by HOC in March (I put in a query and got a reply from HOC), but the online status is still showing it as "Required"

Thanks in advance.
