Try and stay positive guys, I know its easy to say, but we are hoping that we are almost there and if we can do it, so can you. Just trying to send some positive vibes your way, I know this is what helped us greatly when we fed up and pi**ed off.

Hi Tina - many thanks for the positive vibes must have worked cos I got an e-mail from our new C/O says he will make our application a priority once all the medical info is in and he seems to think our 18th Jan deadline is realistic although it depends on how long the MA takes so to us all xxx

Oh thats good news Ragdoll... lets hope you hear back from the MA soon. Oh and thanks Tine and MnB, nice to have your positive message
Ok so hubby went to his Gp to ask for the report but they are unwilling to do one until he has yet further tests!!! He has more bloods to be taken tomorrow (starting to resemble a collander) and they will test for 15 new things to see why there is mild liver abnormaility... will take 10 days for the results so another 2 weeks until we MAY have the report to send to the MA... sheesh, xmas deadline is looking unlikely
I wonder if I told them I had won the lottery if they would be so concerned about the MILD LFT... hmmm

Re: Oh nooo... Referred to Medical Assessor!
We heard from our C/O today and guess what!!! they want my OH to be referred to a liver specialist for a diagnosis, treatment & prognosis but we've already been down that route with liver scans etc. and there is nothing wrong with him. Ever feel like your going round in ever decreasing circles!!!!!
so he's off to speak to the GP tomorrow for a another referral. Just hope it's all worthwhile
