Sorry I had the approval to sponsor letter about 4 weeks a go..

This letter came this week. It says the application has been completed and authorised. Basically application checked and complete by my understanding. My partner has to do medical and biometrics now within 30 days. Is that not the final part of the visa application?

Having re-read the letter now I am home. It says..

'we are pleased to inform you that you have met the eligibility requirements as a sponsor'

I then says to pay the Permanent Residence Fee if not already paid, as a PR Visa cannot be issued until its paid.

We have also booked Biometrics and Medicals for my partner as instructed last week.

Im feeling quit positive that it could be completed in next month or so. Fingers crossed!!
