Did you need to pick it up before applying to Federal. Nova Scotia office of Immigration sent us one by email and we can apply to Federal with that one cos Federal only needs a copy not an original. NSNP usually sends a copy directly to CIC anyway.

Manitoba approval usually come by regular mail and it will come with some instructions on how to apply to Fedral and a sticker that one will have to afix to the evelope that will be used in packaging the application to Sydney Nova Scotia.
I will apply by first week of October by the grace of God. I have a program that will keep be busy till the end of the month but hopefully after the end of the project , I should have time to complete those forms and mail to NS
