I'm still waiting for receipt of document upload and payment despite uploading everything last Friday Have emailed them this morning to find out what's happened as lots of people seem to have CAL already and received receipt of documents pretty quickly. Sigh

The family form I had was IMM5707 this was generated by my checklist after my CIC questionnaire. This form doesn't ask you about siblings it's the other family form that does (IMM5645) but they have not requested I have to fill that one out so far.

If you have the form I believe it's the same info as your mother, father etc - full name(s) DOB, country of birth, current address, occupation and to tick whether or not they are coming with you. I think the sibling section also asks for their martial status.

I'm WTN 263 and haven't had receipt of upload yet, they haven't responded to my email yet, I'm sure if you've made it to the assessment stage (which i haven't yet) you will be fine, from looking at other posts on the forum other people seem to still be receiving CAL today from upload last week so
I'm sure there's nothing for you to worry about.

Don't worry too much. I was a little because I'm 277 and I still haven't heard anything.. But, I messaged them yesterday to say I missed my middle name out and they've just updated it now. So! I think thats pretty hopeful... if there was a problem with my application I doubt they'd bother to change my name :S I think...

Very good point! I'm in the same situation, uploaded and paid but heard nothing since. Just a bit concerned being that the deadline is Saturday, not a lot of opportunity to make another payment if necessary
