Does Arranged Employment speed up PR applications via London?

Re: Does Arranged Employment speed up PR applications via London?
Hi Judy,
Thanks again for a very concise reply!
It is is fact extremely helpful to me to understand this well, as I have a two pronged approach to working here; I can work as a software developer without needing LMO; or I could work in General Management... which would need LMO; hence in this latter case PNP would be best.... but as you say depending on when Alberta's quota gets filled up.
So thanks again for the clarity

Just to keep yo all in the know, on the strength of information from this forum, I have challenged the attorney I've been talking to on this... interesting to see what I get back. I am not paying her yet anything, all 'help' has been for free; this is the only point she has so far strayed upon... maybe she is thinking of Buffalo...

Re: Does Arranged Employment speed up PR applications via London?
Hi, I'm new to this forum and have a fairly urgent question for anyone in-the-know! Can arranged employment in Quebec add points/expedite the processing of a Federal Skilled Worker visa? We applied for our Federal SW visa 2 years ago, but it's looking likely that my OH might land a job in Quebec. I gather that getting the TWP for Quebec but living in Ontario should be fine (assuming positive LMO) but can't find information anywhere about whether this job would help our PR application in any way. Please help if you can!

1) Copy of your temporary work permit.
2) Letter from your employer, typed on company letterhead, stating that you currently work for them and that they would give you a fulltime, permanent position on an indeterminate basis if you were to be granted PR.
3) Some evidence that you are employed by and being paid by the employer who wrote the endorsement letter, e.g., copy of last few pay slips.
If you missed any of the above then fast tracking will not happen.

Hi Rob, thanks for that... I haven't applied yet for PR, but will certainly be sure to include all that evidence when I do... I need to start my job first (soon) and then get that letter I'm promised stating what you put.
Thanks again

But one thing we know for sure, Buffalo, another visa post to which work permit holders located in Canada can submit their PR applications, does not expedite PR applications backed up by arranged employment.
