Re: AOR from London Jan & Feb 2010 - Progress updates
Is that 13 months from when London change it to 'in process status' to start processing?
I think therefore for me that would be April 2009 + 13 months = May 2010...
Which means I still have 5 months to go.. oh joy!
Ill let you know if I hear anything!
Thanks BBUK

I too have sent a query today. I think I was eligible. You have to have exceeded the average processing time which is 13 months for those applying between November 28, 2008 and June 25, 2010. It also said based on a complete application package. I have taken my date that i provided all paperwork which means i am at 16 months in (18 from first submission -feels like longer though).

looking at the site its not clear about what they mean by full application. I thought it meant processing too... but reading it over and over i am pretty certain its the full application drop off.
To be honest if they cant write things in plain english they will have to put up with our queries!
Yes a bit of back and forth as i held a position in one company that was known by different titles. My own fault for confusing things. Legally i was known as Company Director and Company Secretary, but by day i was financial controller... i listed all of it and they asked how long i held each post for - it was all the same thing. Maybe i should learn to write in plain english as well!
Then i changed my name after getting married so had to resupply police certs.
Will let you know if i get a response from them.

We sold approx 18 months ago and been in rented since, so have cash in various investments earning a max of 3% interest
We couldn't have timed things worst, sold at the bottom of the market, invested a chunk in the stock market which is showing a small loss and the exchange rate has gone from $2 to $1.55!!
We still made good money on the purchase price though and had worked hard to pay off the majority of the mortgage (once the kids had left nursery we pumped that money into the mortgage, it made a massive difference on the term and if I remember rightly reduced from 19 years to 7).
So after all costs we should still have approx $520k.
Good luck with the house sale, Xmas time is never good, things will hopefully pick up over the next month or 2.

very strange. They did this to me last year - then 2 months later i got medicals. i have been trying to work out if it is a noc code thing, but i still cant find any patterns.
hang on in there - i know how frustrating it all is.
