Archie is Fen Tiger's dog who was due to be transported from the UK to Hungary by a UK Pet Transporter company. Dogs arriving from the UK don't have to take a Covid-19 test unlike the humans who travel with them and neither do Hungarians travelling to Austria, which is why I was suggesting someone pop over the border and collect him from the transport company and bring him into Hungary.
Freight drivers don't have to quarantine so he will probably be fine anyway if it's a legit company.
