Are they actually 'supporting' or just 'reporting' what a bunch of FNs are saying about their state?:unsure: I haven't read any words of support as yet. So will have to wait to see what response comes along. TP |

The type of coverage that Goan Voice is giving us is crucial in highlighting the plight of FNs in Goa. To all the team out there please show your appreciation for Goan Voice on this thread. Thanks, Remy |

Re: goanvoice is supporting our cause.
I would be happier if they weren't being sponsored by one of the British-run estate agents that have got some people into this mess.

Hi Catpat, They all advertise on this site as well....but if we have a chance to raise our concerns through the media and the media are interested.........then lets do it. Kind Regards, Remy |

TP The FNs who entered into sales agreements prior to august 06 and complied with FEMA are victims of circumstance. The ones who didnt comply and the ones who entered into agreements after that date, only have themselves to blame. FNs should spend their time and energy preparing for stage two, whatever that is and warning others not to make the same mistakes. regards douglas |

Exactly Tony, and what cause do FNs think they have to publicise in the first place.

Many things have been achieved in the past by pressure being applied from public outcry. Not least in Goa itself. So even though technically speaking many FNs walked into things naively.....hopefully and eventually some middle ground compromise may be possible. I agree with most of your legal interprutations but also believe that those 'caught' up in the ongoing debacle have to remain optomistic and not ly down and die. Regards, Remy PS. Also agree that any FNs thinking of purchasing in Goa at this time should 'run a mile' This is just for those already 'caught' |

Doesnt make much sense to me. regards Indiapurple |

Hi, Catpat, How are you? Developers & Agents are sponsering all these sites, you only have to look at the bottom or sides of the site. The holiday sites, etc etc. :curse: but I see what you mean - without them we would not need this site!!! think of the fun you would be missing. Noni |
