Are they actually 'supporting' or just 'reporting' what a bunch of FNs are saying about their state?
I haven't read any words of support as yet. So will have to wait to see what response comes along.

Exactly Tony, and what cause do FNs think they have to publicise in the first place.

The FNs who entered into sales agreements prior to august 06 and complied with FEMA are victims of circumstance.The ones who didnt comply and the ones who entered into agreements after that date, only have themselves to blame.

FNs should spend their time and energy preparing for stage two, whatever that is and warning others not to make the same mistakes.

Kinda disagree here Douglas.

Many things have been achieved in the past by pressure being applied from public outcry. Not least in Goa itself. So even though technically speaking many FNs walked into things naively.....hopefully and eventually some middle ground compromise may be possible.
I agree with most of your legal interprutations but also believe that those 'caught' up in the ongoing debacle have to remain optomistic and not ly down and die.

How are you? Developers & Agents are sponsering all these sites, you only have to look at the bottom or sides of the site. The holiday sites, etc etc. :curse: but I see what you mean - without them we would not need this site!!! think of the fun you would be missing.
