No TP just someone who has bought in BW and wanted to talk to others to share info alike, I thought you may of guessed from reading the post and from an investment point of view, do you have any investments?

If you want to buy a place in BW or goa or anywhere else then go about and do so.

If you are PIO it is easy to say BW or any other developement is an investment. :blink:

Hi Indo Brit,

Lucky you being a PO - if I was a PO I would definately be buying the beautiful apartments in Goa it would be an investment to get in on the ground floor, but for us foreign nationals unfortunately it is very much a NO NO - as we have learnt to our cost. Ours was bought not as an investment but because we loved Goa and the people and for our grandchildren to enjoy.
But....... we will have to see what is the outcome of the D of E investigation.

Hi Noni, I am aware of all the issues I truly hope this gets sorted for all the FN, when I first started looking for an aprt in Goa and found this site I was also in distress with the issues that the others where going through. I also expected the same as I was in the dark about my status and what is meant, so yes I thought I was also under the FN bracket. As you could imagine there are many British born Indians who want to buy and live in Goa, but what we can or can’t do at first was hard to find.

One of the key reasons for me to buy in Goa was due to the amount of FN's / Brits that where out there, the people of the land that I was born in and grew up with were going to be part of the community in Goa. That would make me and I am sure other British Indians feel even more so at home. I really feel that all FN's should hang in there and they will get through and a positive change will happen.

I do feel for FN's on how they tolerate the differences with the laws, mentality, and officials of the land as I find it a challenge to say the least.

Each country is different and we can’t expect goa’s rules/laws or anywhere else to be like home, that would be a dream but also easy for me to say I know.

Anyway I am going to park it on this topic as there are other threads on this board that major in this subject and this thread is about "Braganza world"

No Tony I can not be bothered or have the time to read all the posts on this site to know that you are a FN or even need to assume that you are. I dont remember this site only for FN's do you?. So its clear that your taking the "p**s" Tony because your on the wrong thread, this is for people who are buying or bought in "braganza World" because they can....bye Tony...

Yes, we kinda cross thread here quite a bit. Some threads start by talking about Restaurants in Goa and end up talking about the Mayan Ruins in Mexico. I joke you not! We get lost here quite a bit.

So please go easy on us cause when we're on the Noffi then heaven only knows what way the threads end up.:ohmy::eek::blink:

I find you patronising and your constant mentions of certain agents made your post sound like a sales advert. I didn't attempt to make any conclusions about you personally, it was a personal opinion of the post and the thread.
This site is for anyone who cares to look at it and if I reply to a post on this thread and then you reply to my post on this thread, then it is obviously the correct thread.

Remember everybody that this guy is the one who wanted you all struck off the site and said that he had sent all this stuff to churchills in the hope that they would take legal action against BE and us for slander. That thread has been removed now.
I hope he finds a pill and inserts it where it belongs, he is taking the p**s out of all of FNs because he isn't one and can therefore invest in what he likes.
If you don't believe me, PM the Mods for confirmation.
