Ironically, after all the discussion here on visas for Goa, at the bottom of this page is advertised the "Malaysia my second home" programme, offering ten year visas to FNs! I can understand what a problem this is for you all. No wonder you need noffi. Who wouldn't?

Hi Majorda- Buyer,
I am surprised that the agent did not inform you of the need to be a PIO as we went to one of there road shows and that was the first thing that they suggested my wife Bharti did was to apply. As it happens she has applied for and got an OCI card which means she has a lifetime visa
. I am now able to apply for a PIO card which will make it possible for us to purchase in joint names. We are also buying in Majorda but through a different agent but the properties are built by the same builder with the unmentionable name
Last year when we visited we saw some completed apartments by the same builder and the finish was of a high standard so hence we took the plunge to buy. I am going out in December just for the week to see what progress has been made on our property.

Hi Noni
Not a lot happening here just now, plenty of rain. The roads are a bloody mess, they are digging them up everywhere, putting cables in we believe for electrics and internet connections. Teama opened this weekend. Others are getting ready. I would say most will be open in another 2 weeks. I heard yesterday the beach as practically gone at Sinquirium, don't no if it's true not been. The boats still there, and no doubt it will be there this time next year
Might sound daft had a box of crabsticks today just like the ones I used to buy in the supermarkets back home 99/-for 10 worth every rupee, I love crabsticks, another bit of England here now.
