Welcome

Yes! it is a very worrying time. Are you a FN? Have you actually "bought" if not keep your money in your pocket. Nothing against the developers, I have never heard of them but with the Visa situation and the FEMA rules it is not at the moment worth the risk. The sale deed register is closed to foreign nationals. Don't listen to Agents/developers.

Have just read that they are UK Agents - have your read their disclaimer.

Oh dear, we have already paid for the place. How about if you have a PIO card. I am of indian origin and hoping that I can apply for the card.
Have you heard of *******? They are the developers.

Hi Majorda Buyer,

If you are of Indian Origin then for goodness sake apply for the PIO Card without delay.
If you are entitled to it then get it!!!
Without it you will be in the same position as every other FN on here.

Oh BTW......A warm welcome to the forum.

Regards,
Remy

Hi Noni, as per our chat in the braganza world thread see what I mean about british indians being in the dark about these things also.

Noni I like the way you qualified the situ first before launching, I wish a few others did this with such tact ;) thanks to that he is going to be able to sleep a little better tonight unlike a few unlucky ones.

Yes welcome "majorda_buyer", Remy has hit the nail on the head go and sort it.

Oh hi Remy please to meet you also.

Well I live and I learn even at my advanced age. Thank you. Mind you, given a month or two I probably could have worked it out for myself.

Hi Annabella,

I wasnt laughing at you pet, i was just laughing at the whole 'noffi' concept.
Like Noni said, some members even googled it and couldnt find it.
Noff or Noffi is our little abbreviation for Smirnoff.......but Noni and I cant afford the real stuff that often, and usually end up with the budget equivilent.
When you need to chill, have a Noffi (vodka & whatever) as it numbs the pain.;)

Kind Regards,
Remy

PS. Thanks Annabella, you made me laugh tonight, just when i needed to.

That's sweet of you Remy to say that and thank you. I need a bit of cheering myself but only have Scotch on hand. Does it work in the same way?
