Re: pointless comments
Beaucoup de boue ici for sure, Val, as for the motor home it has probably become an amphibious vehicle now with a snorkle Stan ...............
There's a saying in Devon - when you can see the hills it's going to rain and when you can't, it is.
Joking aside, very humid here at the moment so I left the windows open last night and got bitten by my first mosquito this year! There are advantages to looking out over allotments, but also the disadvantage is the water butts which I reckon are attracting them.
Now where's my Raid ...................

I have just heard another classic on BBC News courtesy of everyone's favourite, George Dubya Bush, who was heard to say:
"The future is yet to come"

Unfortunately, although the bloke's IQ is probably a bit less than his shoe size, there probably is, because his name might look good on someone's headed paper! And after all, look at Tony Blurr, he's done ok despite being a complete and utter idiot who couldn't run a bath let alone a country .....
However, from my point of view, if I was proposing to deal with a company with George Dubya Bush on the list of directors, I would be running very fast in the opposite direction heading for the hills .............
How are you anyway, today, Stan? Having a good one?
