Hi everyone!

I'm just going over things for my assessment that's coming up. Can anyone shed any light on the resistance box exercise that's been mentioned a few times on here?
What do they actually want you to do on it?

Also how was the assessment overall, was it really difficult? (Prac & Science/principles exam etc.. )

To be honest the disconnect/reconnect process exercise looks a bit of a banana skin too!
