Well guys , my application refusal has been reviewed and my Visa has been approved. It's nothing short of a miracle .made the complaint less than 24hours ago and I have received a mail to send in my passport for the Visa. My thanks goes to this forum because I wasn't aware of the complaint route as my refusal stated I couldn't appeal or ask for an administrative review.

I’m so happy for you.. your post just gave me hope.. my application was rejected yesterday but it is because the ECO claimed my salary inflow isn’t in my acvount which is not true because he didn’t view my statement to see the inflows...
please who and who did you copy in the email and please can you send a sample of your complaint email and what subject did you use.
Im sure it is because of the content of your mail you were attended to so fast.

I sent a complaint to the sheffield visa address i got on this forum and I listed the documents I submitted with the application. I thereafter asked for a reconsideration. I'll be happy to share the format of the mail.

Please share the format of the mail removing your personal details and the type of documents you attached.
I pray they get back to me asap I’ll start preparing the letter and documents then I’ll send it on Monday since it’s a working day.

It's not going to help you to know what documents someone else submitted, or what they wrote in their email.
If you think the ECO made an error, you simply need to explain that in your email. For example, you say that the ECO refused your application because your bank statements didn't show your salary deposits, but you had submitted your bank statements showing your salary deposits.

From the time of your first post, asking for information regarding how to make a complaint, to the time you received an email saying your refusal had been reviewed, the decision was overturned, and your visa has now been approved, was only 7 hours?? UKVI staff must have had their Superhero capes on
