Re: First passport refused
Maryoma suggested that the documentation you provided was insufficient. I would obtain the additional documents she recommended and make a fresh application. Alternatively, you previously mentioned you were a Dutch citizen; if obtaining a British passport for your daughter is proving so difficult why not apply for her Dutch passport?

BritInParis: contacted home office and they said dont apply for passport again as same situation will happen. They did advice on phone and in the refusal letter to apply for registration (mn1). Have you ever heard of this?

If you were refused on the basis of suspect documentation then Form MN1 won’t help. I would reiterate that you follow Maryoma’s advice regarding the correct documents to send or apply for your child’s Dutch passport.

They papers send are original so his suggetion wont matter nothing will change. Also stamping will make no different. What about applying for coe/roa will that work?
